Tourism real estate refers to a marketing strategy that using tour or vacation as selling points. This method is the combination of developing tourism service and real estate, which could not only improve the tourism effect of local region, but also promote the development of various domains. After researched for several decades in China, numerous developers regard tourism real estate as one of the common business mode. However, the researchers of our country have not started sufficient and precise research. Besides, a standard system is vacant for this industry. Therefore it is necessary to apply detailed discussion and analyze for the various problems and hidden dangers in tourism real estate.This dissertation studies the operation mode, development direction and research outputs. A systematic analysis, including the concept and characteristics of tourism real estate, would be mentioned in this dissertation. With the combination of successful cases and current situation of Ji province, the problems and solutions of M tourism real estate would be clarified. Due to the lack of tourism real estate theories in China, this dissertation would focus on analyzing detailed problems of a particular tourism project and find out the reasons. Moreover, a comprehensive research, containing technology, economy operating management and natural ecology, would also be studied in this dissertation. The outcomes could also be valuable for other tourism real estate projects.
