As an important part of the labor export industry of China, the labor dispatch to Japan has become mature through its 20 years of development. In this field, C company has its advantage and is competitive. In recent years, influenced by factors such as external macro environment and heat competition within the industry, the business of labor dispatch to Japan is currently facing difficulties. C company has also been impacted and its marketing strategy needs to be adjusted.First of all, the analysis on the current development of C company’s business of labor dispatch to Japan shows that there exist some problems in terms of the company’s marketing strategy such as improper focus on low-end product portfolio, low ability in terms of price control, imbalance of cooperation channel structure and insufficient promotion ability.Secondly, the paper analyzes the external macro environment and industrial marketing environment of the labor dispatch business by using the PEST model and Port’s five forces model, and points out the strength and weakness of C company as well as the opportunities and threats it is facing by means of SWOT matrix. It’s clear that in the next period of time C company should strengthen market development, intensify promotion, expand business scale, optimize product structure, build channel equilibrium, and continue to keep its advantage and leading position within the industry by 2020 and beyond.Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of C company’s business, the paper makes market segmentation from the view of the scale of cooperation channel and profit of various types of business. It clarifies target market option based on existing cooperation channels and takes large and medium channels as subject of further efforts and takes small and micro lucrative channels as complements. Market position is made respectively which points out the direction for business operation and market expansion.Finally, based on the results of research and analysis in the above three parts, a set of suitable marketing strategy for C company is established by the 4Ps theory.
