Labor dispatch as a new form of labor, due to its lower labor costs, increase the advantages of employment mechanism flexibility, thus in the enterprises of our country presents normalization and common trend, reported domestic labor dispatch workers has reached 60 million people, obviously the labor dispatch employment has become the competitive advantage indispensable of human resources of enterprises in our country. However, due to the special identity of labor dispatch also led to a series of problems in human resource management, especially in the labor dispatch employees incentive problems exist big problem, thereby affecting the enterprise development and labor dispatch of the legitimate rights and interests of the employee, it has also become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in our country government management department and the actual labor units.Based on this, this paper on the basis of domestic and foreign has some research literature review, to ZZ bank as an example, in the analysis of ZZ bank labor dispatch employment motivation based, through data collection and survey, explores the ZZ bank labor dispatch labor management existence question mainly displays in:any bank to expand the employment ratio and period, with different reward, the belonging of the powers and responsibilities of supervision is not clear and dispatching agency business is not standardized. Subsequently, in human resources management and the incentive theory, combined with foreign labor dispatch management successful experience, from inside and outside two aspects, the environmental dimension of improve ZZ bank labor dispatch employees enthusiasm and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
