Research On Technology Innovation Mechanism Of High Speed Railway EMU In China

After the founding of new China, in order to meet the needs of China’s economic development and people’s travelling, China began to develop high-speed EMU technology. China has made significant achievements in the development of high-speed EMU especially in recent ten years. In this context, this paper mainly analysis technological innovation mechanism of influencing China’s high-speed EMU success and summarize its success experience. There is important guiding significance for the development of high speed EMU technology, high-speed rail industry and other industries.This paper’s theme is based on the mechanism of technological innovation, by means of the theoretical analysis, case analysis and summary, I did the deep discussion from the technological innovation motivation mechanism and operating mechanism. On the one hand, the innovation power mechanism of the high-speed railway EMU is the existence of huge market demand, industry technology thrust and the guidance of government policy. On the one hand, the high-speed railway EMU operation mechanism of innovation success lies in the action mechanism from government and enterprises.Through researching on China’s high-speed railway EMU innovation mechanism summed up the successful experience:establishment of IUR cooperative technological innovation mechanism, the government’s leading role, pay more attention to independent innovation based on technology introduction, develop the technology strategy that is suitable for market demand and their own strength. To promote the high-speed railway EMU technology innovation, I put forward the following suggestions:stablish high-speed railway EMU technology innovation power mechanism, strengthen the enterprise initiative, pay great attention to the talents, and promote the China high-speed railway to go out.
