Study On The Technological Progress Effects Of High-speed Railway Industry

As the "long-term railway network planning" issued in2004, in just a few short years time, China’s high-speed rail industry has made remarkable achievements,and feeds into the forefront of the world high-speed rail technology system. High-speed rail is a complicated and huge system engineering with high standard and new technology it is relying on technological progress to promote the development of relevant industries, change from learners into technology transfer and make a role model for other high and new technology industry in China.Based on the effect of technological progress of high-speed rail industry in China, this paper has carried on the thorough discussion from two aspects:theoretical analysis and empirical research. First of all, the development of high-speed rail industry in China and its technical progress, it is concluded that the reason for high-speed rail industry’s role as a carrier of all kinds of high and new technology is inseparable from technological progress. Secondly, analyze from the three dimensions of technological progress:technical import, technical innovation and technical innovation diffusion, based on analyzing the mechanism of each part, propose the effect, and at last carry case analysis and empirical study.The conclusion of this paper is that:in the process of high-speed railway construction and popularization, there is a strong effect of technological progress.The direct effect of technical import is to promote the development of the technical ability; The economic effect of technical innovation fully integrate the industry resources, attract innovative talents; Technical innovation diffusion has a scale effect and spillover effect, makes the high-speed rail construction scale expand unceasingly, drive the technical progress and development of relevant industries of railway industry, other modes of transportation, railway industry and even the entire national economy produce a great social and economic benefits.In order to deepen the high-speed rail technology progress:improve and perfect integration of production, technical innovation mode; facilitate the export of China’s high-speed rail industry; establish technical progress dynamic mechanism.
