Analysis On Production Efficiency Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises In Beijing

The development of new agricultural management mode, it has a great significance to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, enhance the overall competitiveness of agriculture, improve the agricultural economic system and to enhance the level of agricultural modernization. It is the basis of the new agricultural business to cultivate and develop the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. The development of the leading enterprises is not only relates to the rise and fall of the enterprise, but also relates to the agricultural development, farmers income and rural harmony. Beijing is the capital of our country, because of its special economic status, the development of Beijing agriculture has a certain reference, explanation and demonstration for the other region in our country. So appearing the problem in Beijing agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in production efficiency as the breakthrough point, uses a combination of theory study and actual situation, analyses and evaluates of Beijing agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of production efficiency, and put forward policy recommendations to improve the production efficiency.Firstly from the basic theory of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of production efficiency to define the concept of industry, agricultural industrialization, agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, efficiency and production efficiency, production efficiency measuring method and data envelopment analysis method are introduced, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research. Then through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods, development status of Beijing agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in quantity, scale, profitability, radiation ability, enterprise clusters and enterprise listed analysis, research on the characteristics of the development of Beijing agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, constitute the basis in reality. Then, based on data envelopment analysis method to do empirical study on production efficiency of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Beijing. The results showed that although production efficiency of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Beijing was in high level and had a great space for development, but most of the enterprises were existing problems of resource utilization rate is not high, the management ability and the application of science and technology ability is not strong, and the development of enterprises by restricting the size. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the production efficiency of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Beijing. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the problems and suggestions for further discussion.
