Research On Knowledge Management Strategyin Faw R&d Center

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is going to become one of the most important capital and primary wealth by replacing capital, machinery, raw materials and labor force, whose importance is self-evident in enterprise management. Especially in FAW R&D Center, a knowledge intensive enterprises with large knowledge demand and output, if a scientific and feasible strategy of knowledge management is implemented in combination with company objectives, to sort out, screen, sediment, share and use the related knowledge of the enterprise, it will enhance the level of technology innovation in Enterprise, and the profit as well as core competitive power of enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of knowledge management strategies is the only way to improve enterprise knowledge management level in FAW R&D Center.This paper references to a number of documents on knowledge management and enterprise management, to understand and grasp the theory of knowledge management and its strategy. With the analysis of internal and external environment, especially the pressure of technological innovations in FAW R&D Center, this paper analyzes the knowledge management maturity and demand investigation based on the actual situation in FAW R&D Center. The key issues are identified according to the investigation results. The main problems of knowledge management are summarized in FAW R&D Center, which are taken as a starting point with reference of the enterprise development goals to formulate knowledge management strategy and implement it.In order to enhance the level of knowledge management in FAW R&D Cetner, its knowledge management principles must be complied with, namely co-build and share, combine with business process, link with staff performance. On above basis, the author put forward the knowledge management strategy which is applied to FAW R&D Center, which are: knowledge coding strategy, knowledge personality strategy and knowledge protection strategy. The necessary protection of the strategy includes the top level design of knowledge management, the establishment of knowledge management organization and the construction of the supporting enterprise culture.I hope that through my research of this topic, I can explore the principles, processes and measures that an enterprise must follow and take when it promotes the successful knowledge management, to accelerate the execution of knowledge management in enterprise and transform the internal knowledge resources into a valuable asset in the enterprise, ultimately make the implementation of knowledge management strategy a strong support of the enterprise long-term development goals.
