In the 21 st century the age of electronic commerce that with the development of human civilization, the proportion of society and the ecological development that means the more ecological, the more highly developed society. Ecological civilization and social civilization is thrived on the artificial organization who pay the highly attention to the ecological environment except for holding the green harmonious development of the process with system organization and information ecological environment. Because of the perfect blend of information science and ecology that Information Ecology can give the decision scheme and good interpretation of the above problems, it can balance against the internal people, information, society and good interactive relationship well in the Information Ecology System. This suggests that when develop the electronic commerce,at the same time make the effective means on the electronic commerce and match the level of economic development-in planning for its 13 th Five Year Plan in 2015, we should improve the level of supply chain and Electronic Commerce with increase the intensity of two online and offline shopping channel coordination in order to reduce the enterprise cost, improve enterprise efficiency, expanding propaganda effect.From the point of Information Ecology, meet the diverse consumer needs that drive the information flow to produce effective value-added activities, it can flow transmission value in the information producers, information transfer, sorting, information consumers and information analysis. The basis of information transfer and effective value-added is inseparable from the support and business model innovation of technical reform, the innovation is not only improve the degree of polymerization with e-commerce industry resource,change the development mode of enterprise management,optimize the quality of enterprise economic operation state, but also has the indelible influence sustainable development of green process on electronic commerce.From the angle of realistic sense, it product the Amazon, Alibaba and other successful e-commerce cases around the word where provide a huge amount of new growth point for economy, all can reflect the importance of information ecology that initiate so many profound thinking and practical research from the scholars.First of all, we should take business network information chain as main research content.But because of the single and lack of background, theoretical analysis and empirical research is so rare that the author need to use more multidisciplinary approach to analyze the business value chain and it’s collaborative process model of network information, on the basis of a large number of literature to extract the information ecology, the network economics, electronic business theory,management,business collaboration, enterprise aggregation theory elements such as galaxies,virtual value chain,value theory to business network information value chain model,the concept of synergy creation process, create value model to various layers of rational analysis.Secondly, we need to study the value of the subjects in depth that can give the property and concept of network information ecosystem value on business. We can give the most fundamental value objective description after the completion of the building then to study the value of the objective and subjective reason. Finally we build up the business value chain model of network information, we blend the value theory of galaxy model for its value with process management and three steps to create value for enterprises.Thirdly, we need to analysis the subjective and objective reason of collaborative Creation that give the process of four aspects on the strategy, resources, organization,system coordination on the coordination mechanism, including system synergy which is the guarantee of the above three points, strategic synergy is the goal of the three.Finally, we deconstruct the key line of the characteristic and mode, then build the business network information ecosystem value creating model.Finally, the final study of business network is adopt workable on the Alibaba Group, according to the unique characteristics of the Alibaba Group where study the Alibaba business network information value chain, and the shape of Alibaba synergy working, in the information flow, logistics,cash flow under the biggest work efficiency action of the workflow in the e-commerce site as Taobao, Alipay, Tmall,then it will create value flow overruning the four dimensions of value stream to analyze the teamwork systematically, then build a Alibaba business synergy creation model of network information value chain, this model is not only reflects the trend ofthe time, but also conforms to the consumers of our nation’s unique them "new consumption I decide" policy. Consumer demand, is the enterprise’s development direction that in the face of the diversification of consumer demand who is committed to serve every customers,it’s a enterprise survival to create a good consumption environment.
