With the vigorous development of the internet, the electronic service technology as the core of modern service industry also gradually rises because of its high yield, low consumption characteristics. Electronic services is on electronic service products, however there is characteristic with most of the electronic service products in our country. So in order to overcome this weakness, product innovation has become a key factor. In this context, promoting product innovation with a variety of effective integration of knowledge has become a focus. Therefore, studying the effect of knowledge integration service for electronic product innovation has theoretical and practical meaning.This paper builds the relationship model that the research and development knowledge integration, marketing knowledge integration, the IT technology integration, the user knowledge integration and the partner knowledge integration affects the electronic service product innovation performance through the function knowledge level and the structure knowledge level on the basis of many scholars research results, and combined with the enterprise knowledge theory. And this paper puts forward the research hypothesis. This article selects the electronic service product enterprise as the research objects, carrying on the empirical research with factor analysis and structural equation model to 214 questionnaires,finally draws the following conclusions:Firstly, the research and development knowledge integration, the marketing integration, the user knowledge integration and the partner knowledge integration have a significant impact on electronic services product innovation performance through the function knowledge level, so the enterprises should choose the four integration mode, to raise the level of function knowledge and enhance electronic service products innovation performance. Secondly, the five kinds of integrated model cannot improve electronic services product innovation performance through structure knowledge levels, this requires electronic products enterprises should pay more attention to function knowledge, the performance of the product promotion. Thirdly, IT technology integration have no impact on function knowledge level and structure knowledge level, this is because most of the electronic service product enterprise has not set up independent IT resource management platform to integrate the knowledge more effectively. Based on the above situation, the electronic products service enterprises should integrate all aspects of the knowledge properly, and then choose a more effective innovation path.
