The Application Of Lean Production Management In Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Lean production,the source from Japanese Toyota company,is currently Europe,North America,Asia andsoon many large manufacturing enterprises implement the advanced mode of production to greatly reduce the manufacturing cost,shorten the cycle of development and manufacturing,shorten the delivery cycle,reduce inventory and cash investment.Therefore,the implementation of lean production enterprises will bring huge economic benefits,and enhance the competition ability of the enterprise.This paper will start from the analysis of the development and application of lean production in the emergence and the five principles of lean production, the main tool for implementing lean manufacturing and seven waste enterprise research. The characteristics of lean production,as well as with the traditional mode of production are discussed. Research on lean production management application in small and medium-sized enterprises,summarizes the problems and reasons in the process of application, with M company as an example, to better show the application of lean production management in small and medium sized enterprises. Summarize the reference of lean production management in foreign small and medium-sized enterprise application experience including the United States, Japan and Germany experience. Finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance specific application in the lean production management ability of small and medium sized enterprises.
