Although state-owned commercial bank’s shareholding system reform in our country, in the business development, marketing mode, organization structure, management methods have obviously improved than before the reform, but by many large organizations and personnel, the average distribution theory and other factors, the current management status still cannot satisfy the demands of an increasingly competitive market environment. Need timely innovation, adjust the relevant system of human resource management, especially the compensation management system, in order to keep up with the development of today’s knowledge and the age of the Internet enterprise rapid pace.Knowledge and Internet era, knowledge will become the key resources of society, the knowledge talented person will become the core competitiveness of the state-owned commercial Banks. Human resources management strategy will be the realization of the strategic target of the state-owned commercial Banks play an increasingly important role, and compensation management is the state-owned commercial Banks is an important part of human resource management, fully and effectively reflect the role of salary management, is the realization of state-owned commercial Banks human resources strategy and overall strategic target of bank guarantee. However, at present, a lot of the compensation management system of state-owned commercial Banks is set up according to the vertical position hierarchy, highlight the characteristics of administrative levels, this management mode have been unable to meet the needs of the market competition in today’s rapidly changing environment.
