Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the rapid growth about China’s hotel has attracted attention from all over the world. As the market is saturated, the changing business environment and customer demand increasingly diverse, to our country hotel industry a new challenge to the survival and development. Want to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, in an impregnable position in the world hotel industry division of labor pattern, must improve organizational creativity in the hospitality industry in our country,through to provide customers with innovative products, and constantly improve the personalized service, create a distinctive brand effect to adapt to the dynamic market environment. Their leaders as spiritual leader of organization, leadership behavior is one of the important factors that affect organizational creativity. The dynamic market environment in the hospitality industry, what kind of leadership behavior can help to improve the organizational creativity, leadership behavior on organizational creativity what is the influence of the process and mechanism of action,this is a problem that is still in the exploratory stage, is also this paper will discuss problems.This paper is based on the research background, research significance of the stated that in three variables, establishes the research spirit type of leadership, organizational dynamic capability and organizational creativity at the same time, put forward in this paper, the research methods, technical route and innovation points. Second through the literature review is mainly about spiritual leadership, organizational dynamics, creativity of organization, the connotation, theoretical development and the latest research results and review dimensions and measurement were summarized, combining with the actual situation of the hotel industry, put forward the research hypothesis and research model. In empirical studies of the design phase, determine the variable dimension and measurement scale, the questionnaire design, through a small sample test was carried out on the initial questionnaire revised and form the formal questionnaire. For data collection and analysis, using SPSS 19.0 software, the research data are descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis, regression analysis, the mediation role analysis,variance analysis and so on verification, determine whether the hypothesis is founded. Finally summed up the research conclusion, based on this, advances the suggestions for the improvement of hotel industry organization creativity; The deficiency of analysis in this paper, we study at the same time, according to the actual situation in this paper, the research direction in the future.Get the main conclusions of this study are:(1)Spiritual leadership significantly positive influence on organizational dynamic capability and the influence of the dimension size is different;(2)Spiritual leadership significantly positive influence on organizational creativity and the influence of the dimension size is different;(3)Dynamic capacity significantly positive influence on organizational creativity and the influence of the dimension size is different;(4)Dynamic capacity in the spiritual leadership and organizational partial intermediary effect between dynamic capabilities;(5)Part of the study of variables and their dimensions there is a significant difference in the population statistics.
