Industrial spatial agglomeration is a necessary process and also an inevitable trend of industrial development. It mainly performs as the resources and elements are concentrating to certain areas, which greatly promotes the development of local industry. Every provincial industrial development varies significantly and the overall industrial economy in China has many problems which are closely related to the imbalanced development of regional industrial. Therefore, using the parameters of the provinces’ industrial space agglomeration to measure China’s provinces of industrial agglomeration and analyzing its relationship with industrial development is conducive to the development of China’s provinces industry. In this paper, we focus on two aspects of the industrial industry. On the one hand, taking the spatial Gini coefficient as a path to measure the spatial agglomeration degree of industrial industry in our country, and the spatial agglomeration of industrial industry in 31 provinces of China was measured. The result data shows that the spatial agglomeration degree of industrial industries in various provinces of our country is at a moderate level, but the difference is significant. The analysis of the representative nine provinces finds that the higher industrial agglomeration degree, the better development of the industrial industry for the well-developed industrial area; industrial agglomeration has no direct positive impact on the development of industrial industry for the less-developed industrial area.On the other hand, this paper uses panel data model analysis method to analyze the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial development. As the industrial added value is the dependent variable for the model, spatial Gini coefficient, per capita GDP index, the export value index, the index of human capital, the index of investment in fixed assets, traffic infrastructure index, industrial structure index are explanatory variables. The next step is to use the fixed-effects variable-coefficient model to analyze China’s industry development influence factors. And the result shows that the industrial spatial agglomeration degree, economic development level, the degree of opening up to the outside world, the level of human capital, fixed assets investment, transportation infrastructure construction situation all have significant positive impacts on the industrial development. However, the impact of investment in fixed assets of industrial development has lagged effects, and even the level of industrial structure of industrial development has a significant negative impact. At the end of this paper, three suggestions are put forward for the research results. First one is to promote industrial agglomeration in industrial developed provinces; the second is to balance industrial development and industrial development; the third is to improve regional short board, and promote industrial development.
