With the rapid development of the global economy,the economic structure has changed a lot,the third industry in the economic structure of the growing status,the proportion continued to rise.But more and more rapid development has brought more problems.Such as high load of work is to bring higher work pressure,the staff is very easy to produce slack mood under the weight,work efficiency will continue to decline.At the same time,the high pressure will bring high turnover rate,the fact also proved that the third industry's turnover rate is indeed very high.This paper through empirical investigation,with the third industry the hotel staff as the research object,to explore the logical relationship between emotional labor and job burnout and turnover intention of the three methods for hotel managers and other industry executives to provide more and better solution because of emotional labor caused by job burnout and turnover of the event.The survey mainly adopted the questionnaire method,four subjects were randomly selected from the hotel staff in Henan Province,the purpose is to understand the emotional labor situation through the investigation,with the different characteristics of the individual will have a choice of behavior.It is well known that the effect of different degrees of emotional labor on job burnout is different,the same,the effect of different levels of job burnout on turnover intention is not the same.Therefore,the investigation of emotional labor,job burnout and turnover intention of three dimensions as measurement tools,statistical tools SPSS17.0,adopting the research method of regression analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis,the research results are as follows:(1)the different characteristics(age,education,gender,marital status,entry time,etc.)of the individual showed significant differences in emotional labor.Compared with men,women are more likely to produce real performance and take a deep strategy;The high degree to low degree deep acting,more inclined to real performance;unmarried than married to real performance;the growth of the age and will make the individual from the shallow and deep acting,a true representation of the changes in the play;the entry time and age influence on individual emotional labor are roughly the same.(2)emotional labor may also affect the individual's job burnout.Through the results of the questionnaire analysis,emotional labor,shallow play and the relationship between the three dimensions of job burnout are positively correlated,while deep acting,real performance and job burnout is negatively correlated.Using the regression analysis method of shallow layer plays a positive role in the work,deep acting plays a negative role,while the influence of real performance is less clear.(3)the effect of job burnout on turnover intention.After the survey found that the turnover intention and job burnout was positively related to job burnout,and the loss of personal accomplishment,emotional exhaustion of the two dimensions of turnover plays a positive role of intention,and personalized disappear the role of this dimension is not significant.(4)the mediation of emotional labor and turnover intention is job burnout.Path analysis helps to verify the effect of emotional labor on turnover intention of individuals through job burnout.
