Research On Resource-based Regional Industrial Structure Evolution And Urbanization Coupled Interaction

The evolution of regional economic growth and regional structure includes two aspects:the first is the fundamentals of industrial structure, the second is the rationalization of space structure. Between the industrial structure evolution and urbanization has significant coupling interaction characteristics. On the one hand, the regional industrial structure evolution must lead urbanization impetus mechanism, development mode, the shape of regional urbanization system changes, in order to impel the historical process of regional urbanization; On the other hand, with the development of urbanization, the supply and demand will impact area and space configuration of resource factors, and role in the orderly evolution of regional industry structure. Evolution of industrial structure is the inner motive power of urbanization, urbanization is the inevitable requirement of industrial structure adjustment, the two are mutual promotion and complementary to each other.During the "Twelfth five-year" period, our country enter the upgrade of industrial structure and urbanization accelerated development stage, the eighteenth report points out:optimize the industrial structure, urbanization become the strategic adjustment of economic structure of two key and the main attack direction in the transformation of the pattern of economic development. Therefore, how to promote coordinated development between industry structure and urbanization has become the economic and social development in our country faces another major issue. In terms of critical period for the development in the transformation of Shanxi Province, how to seize the adjustment of industrial structure and urbanization great opportunities to promote the development of economy become a problem needs to be discussed. As a resource-based provinces, in the economic development should pay attention to the coordination and interaction, from industrial structure about urbanization or ignore the urbanization on the industrial structure, Will cause adverse effect to economic development. Therefore, research on the coupling interaction between the industrial structure evolution and urbanization in Shanxi Province, find out the factors restricting the system coordinated development, from the perspective of the restricting factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to promote the industrial structure in Shanxi Province,to speed up the fundamentals of the construction of urbanization "quality" and "quantity", to realize the transition span development has important practical significance.Based on the typical resource-based regions of Shanxi Province as an example, urbanization development level is not high, unreasonable industrial structure, and so on and so forth as the research background, follow the route of from theory to empirical analysis, using the fuzzy evaluation method, the cointegration test method, reference the coupling concept, the industrial structure of Shanxi Province since 1990 and coupling coordination degree between urbanization comprehensive index is analyzed, it is concluded that the industrial structure of Shanxi Province and the coordination of urbanization situation and the existing problems. Through production value structure, employment structure and urbanization and urbanization in Shanxi, co-integration and error correction model test between the uncoordinated reasons in Shanxi industrial structure and urbanization are discussed in this paper.In terms of overall dynamic trend, industry structure and the coupling of urbanization development in Shanxi Province has experienced three stages roughly:12 years of 1990-2002 are still in the stage of development; In 2003-2004 at an early stage and coordination; Intermediate coordinated stage in 2005-2013. Despite a good coupling, but compared with the national industrial structure and urbanization developed areas in Shanxi Province, there is still a large gap, also there is a big problem in the interaction. Specific performance in:(1) there is a deviation between the industrial structure and urbanization, Shanxi Province, at the present stage lag in urbanization development evolution of industrial structure. Most of the other scholars research shows that:most of the country urbanization lag behind the evolution of industrial structure in different degrees, become the main impetus of economic development and urbanization gripper. For as a resource-based region of Shanxi Province, the current stage of the industrial structure development level lags behind the level of urbanization. This suggests that in Shanxi Province at the same time of the accelerating urbanization process, the pace of industrial structure optimization and upgrading hasn’t caught up with, showing the urbanization development lack of support of industrial structure, lack of power of urbanization problems. (2) the present industrial structure of Shanxi Province and is still at low level of coordination of urbanization, industrial structure and urbanization on the structure, function, there is still a different degree of disorder. To sum up, in Shanxi Province industry structure and urbanization did not achieve the ideal state of benign interaction, the quality standard and larger gap, reach high quality coupling still needs a long time.Through co-integration and error correction model test results can well explain the relationship between industrial structure and urbanization in Shanxi deviation and the incongruous. Shanxi resources industry unique properties and production methods, production factors of poor liquidity, agglomeration and the third industry development and urban development of structural problems become Shanxi industrial structure evolution and urbanization are the important factors of interaction. Among them, the nature of the resources industry and production mode is the main factors. In addition, we can be seen from the result of cointegration test, the influence of urbanization on output value structure and employment structure is not the same. The impact of urbanization on employment structure than output value structure, especially for the third industry is more significant. On the contrary, the output value of the first and second industry structure is more obvious. From the Shanxi Province urbanization advancement will bring different direction for three times industry development, urbanization will bring more market demand to the development of the third industry, while the first and second industry should rely more on technological progress to bring efficiency improvement.To sum up, in Shanxi Province industrial structure and the coordinated development type belongs to the low level of urbanization and industrial structure type. Only long-term, continuous adjustment of industrial structure, can effectively promote the urbanization level, so as to promote the coordinated development of the industry structure and urbanization and the benign interactions.
