In this article, we oppose to use the epistemological of subject-object dichotomy to research corporate culture as a physical object and use logical thinking to define and summarize the corporate culture. In contrast, we advocate its undefinable nature and reliability of feeling. In order to do this, we refer to the interpretation of cultural by anthropology which is good at grasping the openness and dynamic characteristics of culture, then redraw the concept of corporate culture. After that, we combined the Complexity theory with Coleman’s theory of rational action and Habermas’s theory of communicative action to establish a theoretical framework which can interpret corporate culture according to the natural sciences. We pointed out that corporate culture is changing in the cycle all the time. It’s core requirements is intense desire of creation, so is the corporation’s final destination. These features are coincidentally same with the Benevolence advocated by Min-Dao Chen who was a famous Taoist in Song Dynasty. After that, we used this theory to interpret a counter example, which is a provincial branch of state-owned insurance company. By thick description, we pointed out that the order of a centralized、performance appraised and thinking unified corporation is only predominated by the leader’s willpower and his rules of survival. In there, the problems of serious shortage of staff diversity and lack of public space guided by the force of the better argument will cause the whole organization’s bigotry. Even more, although this system is good at concentrating one area, other areas of company will became powerless to the leader and pay the price of unordered behavior. For this reason, we proposed that paying attention to communication between staff without enforcement, showing full respect for the diversity of employees, protecting and encouraging free discussion among different views, are the only way that can create powerful order parameter for the corporation.
