In modern society, people pay more and more attention to the environmental protection, due to fossil fuel and serious pollution of the environment, endanger public health, looking for alternative energy crunch time, nuclear power is a clean, efficient energy, it is the principle of the use of nuclear fission to power, the main nuclear power plant fuel used at present is uranium, power generation in the process of no harmful emissions to the environment to. Nuclear power project has a project cycle long (construction period in 5 years or so), huge investment (installed capacity in the $1500-2000/KWH) etc, in the process of the project, we are faced with various risks: economic risk, technology risk, the management risk, the risk of security personnel, risk, social and political aspects of the risk, the risk of the natural environment, equipment and material aspects of risk. Some risk may cause construction delay, and some risk may make project debt greatly increased, causing difficulties in the capital turnover, so that the project can achieve the anticipated goal, thus affecting the overall economic benefits of nuclear power engineering. We need to learn from the experience of developed countries about risk management, and also combining with the actual situation of China’s nuclear power industry, establish a risk management system for the promotion of China’s nuclear power industry management and perfect has a very important practical significance. This paper carries on the analysis to the x nuclear power project risk factors and to establish a risk evaluation index system, we focus on the risk factors of uncertainty the establishment of a scientific evaluation of risk evaluation model and the grey theory to the engineering project based on risk level, and the corresponding strategies for each kind of risk factors is put forward, which has certain guiding significance for the monitoring and management of the project risk, and has the reference significance to other nuclear power engineering.
