Occupation career management rised in developed countries, in twentieth century sixty,which has been paid more attention as a new content the of human resources management. It becomes the embodiment of a new human resources management idea and mode,and represents a new development direction in the field of human resources management. Besides, it occupies an increasingly important position in human resources management. Occupation career management as an important part of human resource management, it should pay more attention to the matching problem between enterprise employees and stations, and try to explore new mode of employee management in station matching perspective, so that it could provide guidance for the design of individual occupation career plan.In the practice of management, occupation career management will focus on the combination between strategic objectives of enterprises and personal occupation career development organically, in order to promote win-win of enterprises and employees. Occupation career management is focused in recent years,and the theory and practice of human resource management are the hot and difficult topics nowadays. At present, research in this field in our country is still in the introduction, digestion, absorption, tracking, and practice is in the exploration period and experimental period. At present, there are still many problems for many enterprises of our country occupation career management in the promotion of human job match, improvement employee satisfaction and retention of key talents. How to build the enterprise occupation career management system effectively, how to provide effective guidance for the design of occupation career plan of individual employees, how to improve the occupation career management effect, become urgent problems to be solved.Taking Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company’s staff as the research objects, discuss the occupation career management to IT enterprises, especially studying the occupation career design problem of Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company’s staff. Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company is a high-tech enterprises, which is characteristiced by intensive knowledge and technology, and human resource is very important for the survival and development of the company. Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company has established scientific corporate governance structure, and department of human resources management is in normal operation, but the survey found that the occupation career management in Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company still has a few problems such as low employee satisfaction, the lackness of effective incentive. In view of the existing problems of Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company, from reality, explore the construction of employee occupation career management system in following the principles of participation, systematic, common interests.The whole system covers occupation career management system elements and the core components. The system components including four parts,the target system, function system(recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary design), support system(staff assessment, assessment) and security system(personnel, organization, system); the core part includes two parts, the occupation career channel development and employee occupation career planning. The Occupation career design scheme of Sichuan Xing Zhong Xing Network Science and Technology Limited Company’ staff mainly made up by the employee occupation career development channel design and occupation career planning. Occupation career development channel is designed by longitudinal occupation career development channel and reticular occupation career development channel; occupation career planning includes: the analysis and localization of staff; evaluation of staff; determine the occupation career goals; path selection; making career strategy and action plan.Innovation point of this paper is to integrate all aspects of the career management, which makes career management and each function module organic integration, so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise career management, which is helpful for enterprises to attract talents, retain talents, developing talents, and reduce the cost of human resources.
