| Along with the economic globalization and the development of information technology, the competition between the enterprises which not only have to face the competition from domestic, but also from the global scope,are increasingly fierce. But separate competition is not adapt to the development of the market, both competition and cooperation between enterprise appeares, namely co-opetition. Then co-opetition theory got development by scholars, in the existing literature there are some research about the outcome variable of the co-opetition behavior, most of the research shows that the co-opetition can promote innovation and improve the innovation performance.What is action between them? Are there important metavariable? This paper based on this problem to study. What’s more, other researchers found that co-opetition behavior can promote enterprise learning new knowledge from internal and external environment and organizational learning also can improve the innovation performance, then whether the organizational learning could play a mediating role to adjust the relationship between them become the focus of this study. Moreover, in the industrial cluster, enterprise co-opetition behavior including the co-opetition with the supplier, the buyer, the industry competitors and complementor which are more fully, and high and new technology industry innovation behavior more apparent and faster.Therefore, it is necessary to start from the industrial cluster level, research the relationship of co-opetition behavior,organization learning and the innovation performance.Based on the above content, through literature review, this study summarizes the the definition of three variables and the relationship between the variables, puts forward the theoretical hypothesis and research model of the study, then the paper adopts the form of questionnaire, puts Dalian high-tech industrial park as the research object, explores the mechanism of action about the enterprise co-opetition behavior, the organizational learning and innovation performance. This research collects183copies of questionnaires, and uses the SPSS17.0to verify the reliability, validity, regression analysis and so on, also with the aid of AMOS17.0to carry out the confirmatory factor analysis, make the simulate inspection and swing by test to the structural equation model. Finally draw the following conclusion:(1)The scale of enterprise co-opetition behavior research is not mature,so the paper based on the previous scholars’research, divided the enterprise co-opetition behavior into four dimensions:the co-opetition with the supplier, the buyer, the industry competitors and complementor. For the measurement of innovation performance, on the basis of previous studies and the needs of the research, this paper summarizes the research item and the empirical results show that the reliability and validity are very good.(2) The research of organization learning is rather mature, according to the scholars’ research,the paper1divides organize learning into exploitative learning and explorative learning, this paper also verifies that the scale is applicable for the organizational learning of the measurement through the empirical test.(3) Through the empirical research we can draw the conclusion:the co-opetition with the supplier have significant positive influence to exploitative learning, explorative learning and innovation performance; And the co-opetition with the buyer’s have no significant positive influence to all three variables; And the co-opetition with the industry competitors have no significant positive correlation to exploitative learning and explorative learning, but it has significant positive correlation with innovation performance; the co-opetition with the complementor have significant positive influence to exploitative learning, explorative learning and innovation performance. Organizational learning to the innovation performance are significant positive correlation. Although scholars for this study have come to such a conclusion, but the empirical results of the study make this conclusion is confirmed again, whether exploitative learning or explorative learning have significant positive influence to the innovation performance.(4) In the industrial cluster, organization learning in co-opetition behavior and innovation performance play a mediating effect. When the enterprises haveco-opetition behavior, external environment will continue to emerge new knowledge and resources, only when organizational learning takes external knowledge and resources handling to the organization and is absorption and utilization by organization, it can improve enterprise’s innovation ability and finally improve the innovation performance in the process. |
