Biofuel, as the best choice to replace the traditional fuel, has got more and more attention of the world.The draft of sustainable biofuel production international standards has lightened the direction of the construction of the biofuel supply chain. Though the biofuel supply chain got a fast development, it also faced with many challenges, including the volatility of demand and supply, the control of carbon emission of the overall supply chain, the leading time of the demand, the responsiveness of the demand for social employment and so on. Those are important factors that must be considered in construction long-term sustainable biofuel supply chain.At present, the domestic and foreign research on construction of biomass energy supply chain networks mainly consider the cost minimization or profit maximization under the uncertainty conditions. There is a small amount of literature consider both cost optimization and carbon emission. The literature is very limited. And there are less paper considering the indicators of economy, environment and social performance. However, biological fuel supply chain, as a bloodline of the society, must have strong sustainability, so that can gain the implementation as a whole development of economy, society and environment, and then have a stable development in the market.This paper discusses the sustainable biofuel supply chain. Base on the difference of outer environment, this paper investigates two kinds of design of sustainable biofuel supply network. When the outer environment is relatively stable, this paper considers the supply and demand uncertainty. And base on this, this paper builds model and designs the most sustainable biofuel supply network. However, when the external environment has many uncertain facters, such as risk of failure, here this paper blends in elastic in model. And designing the best sustainability biofuels supply network scheme. Through the construction of a mathematical programming model, this paper constructs a structure of supply chain network of each scheme. Then it solves the economic indicator of each supply chain structure. And then it calculates the social employment of each supply chain plan. And using the simulation model solves the carbon emission indicator, service level and the lead time of each demand of each supply chain plan in operating level. Finally, using the method of comprehensive assessment selects the most sustainable biofuel supply chain. And applying case study tests the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. This can help the decision maker in supply chain network planning.
