As a key element of national development,energy is directly related to people's living standard.With the fossil energy depleting,biofuel became the main direction of science competition and technology competition increasingly.China began researching in the field of biofuel later than the developed countries.Although the biofuel preparation technology has achieved international leading level,we have little researches of overall production and scheduling in biofuel supply chain optimization,which is the significance of this thesis.For now,we can make more progress in optimization research of biofuel supply chain.Most of the existing researches have not taken into account the profit which is considerable generated by the by-products in the process of biofuel production.This thesis puts forward the idea of pre-processing distribution center which not only works as a collection center but also has primary processing function.So it can significantly reduce the cost of transportation.The biofuel industry is inherently similar to the oil refining industry.Some refinery equipment can be adapted for biofuel processing.Therefore,there is still the need for in-depth research in this area.Based on the research findings of many experts and scholars,this thesis studies the biofuel supply chain.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)On the basis of a large number of literatures,the research summary of fields which are related to biofuel supply chain is reviewed.Including refining industry and biofuel processing,biofuel supply chain modeling and optimization,the supply chain modeling and optimization of general logistics.(2)Thinking about all types of existing processing plants and transport facilities in biofuel supply chain,under the premise of using the existing processing plants,this thesis optimizes the daily volume among raw material plants,pre-processing distribution centers,biofuel processing plants,refineries,sale centers.Aiming at the typical situation in the actual production,this thesis considers two kinds of scenes that cross-day inventory is allowed and not allowed,and establishes a mathematical programming model respectively.The target value of model is to maximize the total profit of the biofuel supply chain,including the profit of by-products.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a large number of random examples.The differences between two models are pointed out.The effect of the quantity of pre-processing centers on the results is analyzed.(3)Considering expanding the scale of production on the basis of existing biofuel supply chain and rebuilding factories,the optimization research of biofuel supply chain is made.The supply chain optimization model is established,which takes into account the one-time conversion costs of various factories,as well as various operating costs.The target value of optimization is to maximize total profit during the planning period.Finally,a large scale example is given to verify and to analyze the model.
