With the rapid development of the Internet, people’s daily life and business are increasingly turning to the Web, all walks of life have contacts, channels of China’s textile enterprises into a new stage of development. The fierce market competition and technological change makes powerful marketing channel has become increasingly important, more and more companies are increasingly aware of the importance of marketing channels, traditional marketing channel model in terms of efficiency, cost and controllability disadvantages increasingly prominent, now the development of technology, particularly the Internet, electronic communications technology development has provided the conditions for this change, channel innovation and integration will become a major issue in the 21 st century textile enterprises.This paper introduces the domestic and international marketing theory, in-depth study and research status of channel theory and the theory of channel integration, provide effective theoretical basis for channel integration. Then the textile industry and the development of marketing channels in China were summarized and analyzed the textile industry and now channels the problems, laying the groundwork for the channel integration. Then determines channel integration methods and ideas, and Meng Jie Textile example, analyzes the status quo of the company channels, further design and integration of its channel according to channel integration ideas.
