Shanghai Post has experienced a lot since the information transfer of the nation to face the modern enterprise reform in fierce market competition as a veteran state-owned enterprise. Although early in 1980’s, relying on state power established a huge number of bureaus and delivery team throughout the country. China Post has launched a fashionable service of express logistics(EMS). The service is a collection of advantages of original registered mail and ordinary parcel of post.On the basis,it furthered put forward the idea of full-network, full-process, full-speed.However, in recent yeas, depended on the advantages of "speed, convenience, free, date" the E-Business suddenly grew and greatly expanded the overall logistics market. In the face of an increasing competitive market environment, Shanghai Post did not effective bind it. So, the position in the logistics market has been indirectly weakened.This paper will mainly research and discuss that how Shanghai Post can effectively fit the rapid development of E-Business by devising the platform strategy through the implementation of integrated warehousing and delivery, the introduction of agent fiance system, the design of opening information system, the integration of operation management network, the optimization of customer management process and other aspects of planning platform strategy in the recently years. And further prospects that Shanghai Post can build the world-class postal enterprise by means of logistics flow, information flow and cash flow——" three flow one".
