Jiangsu Province, the Yangtze River Delta as one of the most developed provinces in recent decades by virtue of its abundant natural resources, excellent geographical advantage of rapid economic growth, of which foreign direct investment in its economic development has played a vital an important role in providing a source of foreign direct investment capital, bring advanced technology and management level, so that the economy of the region has been a breakthrough in the development.FDI(Foreign Direct Investment, FDI) in the region have their own choice, according to statistics, as of 2013, actual foreign direct investment reached 33.259 billion US dollars, over the years living in the province of FDI flow in the country, and from the foreign direct regional Investment inflows in Jiangsu province, the distribution is extremely uneven. In 2013 actual FDI data, for example, Sunan accounting for 66.98 percent, the Soviet Union and northern Jiangsu each 16.24% and 16.78%.
