21st century, the competition between countries is still dominated by coal, petroleum and other resources storage competition. How to improve the current mining technology, increase production safely and efficiently are the one important segment in resources storage competition. Equipment manufacturing industry is a national key support project in the twelfth five-year plan which emphasizes the transition from previous production oriented to service oriented in the future and seeks new breakthroughs in technology and complete set of Research and development. In the aspect of promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the state put great importance to financial services and credit guarantee system construction, broaden the financing channels, and improve the relevant tax policies to create a relatively relaxed environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this context, TS company mainly focus on the Comprehensive Mining Bracket which is a coal mine machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises is selected to be the object of study. Based on the summary of enterprise strategy management theories and the development process of literature materials, this paper analyze the development strategy comprehensive of TS company according to the 3 step technology route which including development environment analysis, development strategy generation and development strategy implementation.In the aspect of strategic analysis, this paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal factors of TS Company. Michael Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze five strength which including upstream suppliers, downstream buyers, substitutes, potential entrants and existed same occupation to summarize the opportunities and crisis, and then using EFE matrix to put the corresponding weights on external environment factors in terms of importance, and then obtain the magnitude of force on the external environmental factors. There are two part included in the internal environment analysis which including analysis of enterprise resources and ability of enterprises analysis. This paper summarize advantages and disadvantages of TS Company based on the analysis of TS’s tangible resources, intangible resources and the ability of enterprises R & D, production, finance, marketing, and then using IFE matrix to put the corresponding weights on external environment factors in terms of importance, finally obtained the competition of company in the market based on the weight comparison.In the aspect of strategy generation, based on the analysis conclusion of the internal and external environment, opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages, the analysis is performed by using SWOT method which including SO, SW, ST and WT. Finally the optimum strategy is selected from back up options of TS by alterative scoring using QSPM matrix.In the aspect of strategy execution and control, according to the situation of TS Company, this paper proposes corresponding perfect measures from product, sales, and personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic objectives.Through this research and analysis, this paper helps to define the objectives and direction for the future development of TS Company. It not only can help on the future development of Comprehensive Mining Bracket market of company, but also provide a reference for seeking breakthrough direction in the fierce the market competition for coal equipment manufacturing enterprises, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
