Research Of Grassland Eco-Tourism Stakeholders

Tourism has become a new economic growth point of Inner Mongolia,an important industry of the national economy and a real leading industry in modern service.Most of the land is covered with vegetation,grassland is the advantage of tourism in Inner Mongolia tourism resources. Wulanbutong grassland is in the southwest of Hexigten Banner Chifeng City Inner Mongolia, Although geographical location is advantageous,having unique tourism resources and cultural heritage,ecological vulnerability and weakness of environmental protection consciousness made wulanbutong grassland overwhelmed,serious desertification and weak atmosphere of the ecological tourism.The practice of ecological tourism involves multiple stakeholders. In according to the analysis of the relationship between grassland tourism major stakeholders, interlocking between stakeholders, the absence of one character will lead to the failure of the ecological tourism. In according to analysis of the environmental consciousness of eco-tourism main stakeholder,tourists have thelowest mark of environmental consciousness, followed by tour operators,local residents and travel managers. Tourism managers have the highest score, but environmental awareness level is medium; Tour operators and residents’environmental awareness has just pass, the environmental awareness of tourists is the worst. By the scores of parts of investigating system, local residents’ environmental knowledge scored lowest, in the mode of environmental knowledge restricting environmental consciousness; Tourists in environmental attitude part scored lowest, environmental attitudes restricting environmental consciousness; Tour operators in the aspect of environmental behavior scored lowest, in the mode of environment behavior restricting environmental awareness;Tour operators in the aspect of environmental knowledge scored lowest,in the mode of environment knowledge restricting environmental awareness, also.Through the above discussion,we can analysis and explore the ecotourism development ways of WuLanButong grassland system grassland based on the main stakeholders are:By setting up and improving personal credit system constraints tourists, make them accept environmental education actively; introducing public opinion,intensifying supervision of tourism management;Tourism managers lead tour operators to implement ecotourism by means of compensation;Tour operators, improve public facilities in the community to attract residents to participate in ecotourism by means of sharing benefits.
