The Research Of Project Governance Mechanisms Of Shandong Energy Feicheng Mining Group Co.,Ltd.

Shandong Energy Feicheng Mining Group Co.,Ltd.is a major state-owned coal enterprises.In recent years,most of the project conducted by Feicheng Mining Group Co.,Ltd. ended up with failure,which indicates big problems in the project governance.This research is based on case analysis.We firstly talked about the theory of the project governance mechanisms,figuring out the direction and the boundaries of our research. We discussed the concept of project governance mechanisms,and described the mechanisms at different stages of the project as well as on different level of the enterprise,providing the research with a solid theoretical foundation. The researcher has collected the statistics and documents of the projects conducted by the group in the recent years,together with the audit reports given by the relevant departments. With these materials,considering the theory of project governance mechanisms,stakeholder analysis and the responsibility system of project legal person,we can compare the project governance mechanisms of Feicheng Mining Group Co.,Ltd.with the normal ones and find the defects:confusing the project construction and the project operation,bugs in mechanisms of every stage. In order to improve the project governance mechanisms,we firstly figured out the obstacles and then work out the countermeasures and solutions correspondingly. The strategies to improve the mechanisms are also provided.The research is not perfect.The theoretical analysis is not thorough enough and horizon of the research is limited.Some of the documents are relevant to the trade secrets and not involved in the discussion.The solutions we suggest are obvious valuable but may not be able to completely solve the problems of Feicheng Mining Group Co.,Ltd.
