| In order to solve the practical problems of the construction project governance, this paper analyzes the differences of the interests of the stakeholders from the perspective of the owner, and puts forward the concrete measure of project governance. Fistly, through a comprehensive literature review of the existing research, this paper defines the twelve kinds of H project stakeholders by using the methods of interview and questionnaire. Secendly, this paper uses the SPSS software to analyse the stakeholders of H project, from three dimensions of Positivity, importance and urgency, and then finds that the stakeholders of H project are divided into major stakeholders(the owners, contractors, design companies, material suppliers, supervisiors and top management), the secondary stakeholders(ordinary employees, the government, the property management companies) and general stakeholders(credit management institutions, news media and the community and the public). Finally, this paper defines the major stakeholders of project.Through the interview, this paper finds key interest demands of major stakeholders in the project prophase stage, implementation stage and completion stage, and has carried on the classification. Through the analysis from the owner, interest demands of each kind of project stakeholders at different stages are different. The differences and similarities of interest demands for the key project stakeholders are mainly contract, communication, change, quality and scheduling. In order to obtain main stakeholders’ s conformance to their interest demands, this paper analyses interest demands level of implementation, equilibrium state and principle of equilibrium.Based on the result of investigation and study, this paper points out six means, including the contract management, communication management, change management, quality management, schedule management, and balance the governance, proposes some advices, in order to improve project governance performance. |
