With the rapid development of social economy and the Internet in China, the basic necessities of people more and more can’t do without the e-commerce, and make the further requests for the service levels of e-commerce. While Logistics as the key influencing factors, urgent need a distribution model to address this severe situation. Through consulting the related literature, The City distribution as a new model can meet the consumers needs of lean and convenient, it’s the developing direction of logistics. Therefore how to carry out city distribution model would be extremely important to logistics enterprise.In this paper, Taking the Shijiazhuang Post as the research object, the mode of city distribution as the research content, and focused on the questions of old mode, the ineffective distribution and the backward information. According to the situation of city distribution at home and abroad, as well as use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analyze the three fast-growing model of city distribution on the stage of the logistics market. Obtain the optimal model. Then on this basis, Combined with the development of city distribution industry and the actual situation of Shijiazhuang Post, put forward the mode of city distribution based on e-commerce platform for Shijiazhuang Post. Moreover, this paper makes a research on of operating system, e-commerce platform, distribution process, infrastructure. Finally, renders the support in standardization of logistics services and system management. The implementation of the thesis research results will provided a reasonable scheme of city distribution for Shijiazhuang Post, In order to reduce logistics costs and improve the company’s logistics efficiency and the quality of customer service and the overall competitiveness.
