This shift in investment for the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry plays a huge role in promoting, bringing the latest technology to our biotechnology industry.Anyway, with the arrival of the country’s economic transition, raw material prices rising, exports shrinking and changing financing environment, to varying degrees, on the biopharmaceutical industry had some adverse effects, hamper the development of bio-pharmaceutical companies, how can operate effectively on their own grasp of state and find out the pros and cons, it is a priority. Based on this, by the method of factor analysis on the performance of biopharmaceutical companies to evaluate, put forward specific proposals.This paper selects 30 listed biopharmaceutical companies as a sample, in order to more three-dimensional display biopharmaceutical companies in the overall level of China’s pharmaceutical industry, and the other nine were selected and 10 traditional Chinese medicine chemical and pharmaceutical companies as sample volume. Then according to science, data reliability principle selected 16 indicators related to business growth, solvency, performance share, operational capacity and profitability to make analysis, factor analysis of each sample enterprises in each factor performance on scoring ranks, eventually found that China’s bio-pharmaceutical companies performed better in the growth, solvency, operating capacity of these three areas are higher than the chemical, pharmaceutical and medicine. However, profitability was unsatisfactory performance, ranking in the three pharmaceutical line to the end, which also have a certain relationship with little overall size of biopharmaceutical companies.At the same time, enterprises from the biopharmaceutical performance, I-Biological best performance, with a total score ranking factor. However biopharmaceutical company no enterprise in the growth, solvency, share situation, operational capacity and surplus power capabilities are outstanding, have shown a certain "side branches", which is China’s bio-pharmaceutical enterprises need to be solved problem.
