Bank’s public relations refers to the bank in order to obtain the public’s trust, understanding and support, to establish a good image in society and take a lasting planned strategies and action. It is a modern bank management methods and means. With the continuous development of economy in our country, commercial Banks face increasingly complex social environment, commercial Banks urgently need to be a series of public relations activities to adjust social relations, set up a good image, the stand or fall of public relations management strategy can be directly related to the operations of a bank. This study makes focus on commercial Banks public relations, on the basis of a large number of research data at home and abroad for reference, based on the basic national conditions in our country, the public relations management strategy for Banks has carried on the thorough analysis, to find the most suitable for our country commercial bank available public relations management.
