Study On The Development Of Aquaculture In Yongzhon City Finance Support

The aquaculture industry plays an important role to changing market demand for agricultural products, increasing farmers’ income, and prosperous rural economy. The financial supports for the aquaculture industry can play a guiding role for aquaculture development, and promotes the sustainable development of aquaculture.Firstly, the study of dynamics of domestic and foreign financial support for the development of the aquaculture industry are reviewed, then a combination of finance theory, the theory of goods, sustainable agricultural development theory, theory of financial support for agriculture, regional economic development theory, this paper analysis the achievements, existing problems, finance support of scale and structure about the development of aquaculture in Yongzhou city,found that there is some problems about not enough support and responsibility unclear. Thus, this paper selected pig farmers in Yongzhou as an example for empirical analysis of financial support for the development of aquaculture, the results of empirical analysis shows that labor, family income, the number of breeding, sale price., animal epidemic prevention and variables such as production subsidies Yongzhou conducted on pig farmers have a significant impact, but, which is consistent with the finances to support sustainable development of aquaculture in Yongzhou actual situation. After that, this paper learn aquaculture financial support from foreign experience about legislative norms, direct subsidies, pollution prevention, and government services, put forward a sound suggestions of legal system, to promote the central division of powers; devote greater efforts to establish a stable support mechanisms; optimization investment structure, a clear focus on financial investment; emphasis on environmental protection, the development of ecological farming industry; strengthening government services, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading relevant.
