Motivation System Research On Enterprises Cooperation R&D Network Of Technology-Based Small And Micro Businesses

Technology-based small and micro businesses are the main body of technological innovation and the main force to promote technical and scientific advance. They play a irreplaceable role in adjusting industrial structure, promoting the healthy development of emerging industries, which have become a new force of China?s economic development at present.Currently, the development of China’s technology-based small and micro businesses is restrained by many factors, such as financing constrains, market atrophy, increased operating costs as well as the poor ability to resist risks, though at its beginning stage. In this context, in order to overcome the limitation of companys’ resources and capabilities, it is necessary to develop the cooperation R&D network of technology-based small and micro businesses of working with modern information technology, sharing technology and resources, in which enterprises play the leading role. Although collaborative innovation has become the main trend of research and development activities in many technology companies, China’s tech-based small and micro enterprises haven’t attached importance to the construction of cooperative R&D network. And nowadays there are a few overseas or domestic academic documents on enterprises cooperative R&D network in the term of certain businesses, so it is of great practical significance to study motivation system of enterprises cooperative R&D networks from the perspective of the cooperative enterprise.Firstly, some deinitions of tech-based small and micro enterprises and enterprises cooperative R&D network are done. Secondly, we review some corresponding research theory, including Transaction Cost Theory, Resource-Based Theory and Social Network Theory. Thirdly, based on the literature survey, sum up external environment conditions, similar interests and the third-party forces are classification standards for motivation system of enterprises cooperative R&D network. Fourthly, on the basis of absorbing the research results and methods on the subject of motivation system of enterprises cooperative R&D network of tech-based mall and micro enterprises, initially identifies motivation system indicators by way of personal visits and observation.The core part of this paper is in the fifth chapter. The paper uses principal component analysis treating survey data and get several important common factors by linear transformation. After naming the common factors, we use entropy method determine the index weight, establish the motivation system model of enterprises cooperative R&D network of tech-based mall and micro enterprises, using analytic hierarchy process to establish a target layer, criterion layer and layer of the hierarchical analysis model.Finally, based on the analysis above, some relevant conclusions and implications are proposed from directions of enterprises, market and government. And then, the whole content is summarized, the lack of the research is come up with, and some prospects of this article are done. Firstly, enhancing the enterprise innovation ability and research productivity is the main reason for enterprise collaboration innovation. Secondly, the purpose of the construction of enterprises cooperative R&D network is to meet market demand, accommodate competition and enhance the market position. Thirdly, the currently incentives policies should be preferred to financial support and legal safeguards that the enterprises are most concerned.
