In recent years,the national government has vigorously supported the development of small and micro technology-based enterprises.Whether their money,people or policy have provided favorable conditions for their development.Due to the limitations of small scale,few resources and insufficient talents,and the continuous upgrading of products and technologies,it is difficult for a single small and micro technology-based enterprise to undertake the research and development of a complex module alone.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly seek cooperation to improve its innovation ability.This paper investigated and studied 264 small and micro technology-based enterprises,which are mainly from finance,Internet,industrial manufacturing and other industries.Combined with in-depth interviews,using complex network,cooperative game,maximum principle and other methods,the paper mainly studies the impact of the number of nodes and the number of edges in the data resource allocation network on the cooperation performance.The work of this paper is as follows:After analyzing the cooperation process of data resources among small and micro technologybased enterprises,as well as the organizational structure and operation process of platform enterprises,the paper establishes a complex network model of data resource allocation,which takes the small and micro technology-based enterprises as the node and takes the matching relationship of four attributes of data resource genre,source,time and price as the line.In order to verify the validity of the allocation scheme formed by the model,the paper establishes three evaluation indicators of data resource allocation efficiency,and studies the influence of the number of nodes in the complex network on the cooperation performance.The edges in complex networks correspond to the cooperative relationships formed between the small and micro technology-based enterprises.In order to study the impact of the number of edges on cooperative performance,the paper establishes the differential game equation of cooperation between small and micro technology-based enterprises.The Nash equilibrium solution of the equation is obtained by using pontryagin maximum principle,and by adjusting the number of small and micro technology-based enterprises on the platform,we observe the total performance change of the platform.Finally,the rationality and validity of the model are verified by numerical simulation.The conclusions are as follows.In the complex network of data resource allocation composed of small and micro technologybased enterprises,the change of the number of different types of nodes will lead to different changes in the efficiency of network allocation.The increase of the number of resource nodes may increase the efficiency of network allocation,while the increase of the number of demand nodes has no significant impact on the efficiency of network allocation.Different factors have different influence mechanisms on the cooperation tendency of small and micro enterprises of science and technology.Some of them have positive influence on the cooperation tendency,some have negative influence,and all of them work together to influence the cooperation tendency of small and micro technology-based enterprises.The total performance level of the common platform is related to the number of small and micro technology-based enterprises on the platform,and increases with the increase of the number of small and micro technology-based enterprises on the platform.The conclusion can provide guidance for the development of small and micro technology-based enterprises and platform organization.The quality of collaborative partners are related to the success of cooperation,which provides theoretical basis for the selection of collaborative partners of small and micro technology-based enterprises,so as to promote the cooperation efficiency between small and micro technology-based enterprises,improve the innovation ability of small and micro technology-based enterprises,and then improve the market competitiveness.At the same time,the conclusion provided in this paper can be used for large enterprises to manage platform organization.Using the method of complex network to establish the network model of data resource allocation can improve the efficiency of data resource allocation in the network,and thus improve the performance level of the platform organization.
