The Creative Agriculture Theory And Research At Jiangnan Water-networks Region For Baimatang Village,Tongxiang County

China is a large agricultural country, going through a critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and the developments of creative agriculture correspond to the requirements of many functions from economy, ecology, culture and sustainability of modern agriculture. Creative agriculture is a new method of agricultural development, but its theory is still not mature, and there are the most research sites to concentrate in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities. Jiangnan water-network region has an advanced foundation of agriculture relatively, but it is still hard to combine the concept of creative agriculture development with the actual practices in viewing and planning regional agricultural park.The article has researched the creative agriculture in Jiangnan water-network region by theoretical research, field investigation and project practice. Firstly, the article has summarized and refined the creative agriculture’s connotation, characteristic, type, function, creative way, etc,analyzed the creative agriculture’s empirical model at home and abroad, as well as introduced three development trends and the existing problems of Chinese creative agriculture by looking up and analyzing the domestic and foreign literatures and data about creative agriculture; Secondly, on-site investigation and research were conducted in six cities where the creative agriculture has developed well in Jiangnan water-network region, summarizing the existing development field and efficiency of the creative agriculture as well as analyzing the feasibility and necessity and problems of developing creative agriculture sightseeing garden in Jiangnan water-network region, a field survey and analysis and summary were carried out aiming at five excellent creative agriculture sightseeing garden in the region and leisure agriculture in Taiwan, a countermeasure was introduced by combining Taiwan’s development experience of leisure farm; At last, the theoretical study was applied to designing project practice of creative agriculture sightseeing garden in Tongxiang county Baimatang village and “four points, five areas” was introduced, which provides reference to the similar creative agriculture sightseeing gardens in Jiangnan water-network region.
