For a long time, the agricultural development of China is taking the high resource consumption, high pollution road, this extensive mode of agricultural production increasingly unable to meet China’s per capita possession of a small amount of agricultural resources, the present situation of agricultural environment is worse, only expedites the change of agricultural production, improving the efficiency of resource using and agricultural productivity is the fundamental way to solve the problem.Efficiency of agricultural production technology is inseparable from technological advances, and agricultural technology diffusion is an effective method to bring progress in agricultural technology.Based on the present studies, the agricultural technology diffusion dynamic mechanism and the operational mechanism combine to form a research framework,starting from the analysis of agricultural technology diffusion dynamic factors and diffusion channels, consider the present situation of Henan Province agricultural technology diffusion mechanism, with a new perspective study the dynamic mechanism and operation mechanism of agricultural technology diffusion, using the factor analysis to analyse the dynamic factors and channels factor of agricultural technology diffusion, using the DEA method to calculate the agricultural production technology efficiency of farmers, using structural model to analyse the dynamic factors and channel factors of technology diffusion affecting the production efficiency of farmers.Through collected literature and field research on wheat growing areas of Henan Province, this paper analyses the agricultural technology diffusion model and mechanism of Henan wheat growing areas. The agricultural technology diffusion of Henan wheat growing areas presents the triple power mode composed by the government impetus, the market traction and technology-induced force,the synergy speeds up the steps of agricultural technology into real productivity,becoming the driving force of agricultural technology diffusion. Corresponding single government driven agricultural technology diffusion model has been difficult to meet the actual needs of agricultural economic development, the appearance of market driven model and research institutions driven model promote the formation of agricultural technology extension mode diversification.The data mainly comes from field interviews and questionnaire survey to farmers in Xuchang County of Henan Province, using econometric models to empirical analyse how the agricultural technology diffusion dynamic and channel operation impact the production efficiency of farmers.lt is concluded that:the government impetus has a direct effect to enhance the farmers’ production efficiency, but also have indirect effects through the agricultural technology diffusion channel organization and channel support, the impact of government impetus on agricultural technology diffusion channel construction is very large, and the total effect values are positive correlated with the farmers’ production efficiency; market forces have a direct effect on agricultural production efficiency,and also have indirect effects through the channel organization, channel support, channel control, total effect values are positively correlated with the farmers’ production efficiency; agricultural technology diffusion channel is an important bridge connecting the new agricultural technology, new achievements,technological choice behavior and agricultural production progress, the construction and operation of channel organization, channel control,channel support have a major impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural technology diffusion,completing the agricultural technology diffusion channels has a significant positive impact to improve farmers’ agricultural production efficiency.
