Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Green Logistics System Of Changzhutan Motor Industry

As the logistics industry of Changzhutan motor industry is developing rapidly, it is an urgent need to develop green logistics. Current problems mainly include: Green logistics concept or consciousness is weak; The infrastructure is yet to be improved; Logistics equipping technology is relatively backward; Professionals of green logistics are lack; Relevant laws and regulations are not sound, etc. All these make it more important to develop green logistics of Changzhutan motor industry.Development of green logistics is also one of the most important aspects of the development strategy of "two-oriented society".We evaluate and make optimized study green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry, which is good to improve the management level of Changzhutan green logistics of the backbone industry, and is beneficial to sustainable development of Changzhutan motor industry.Firstly, by questionnaire survey and visit to the logistics department of automobile manufacturing enterprises we try to know the development situation of green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry. From gotten questions, we summarize the necessity to evaluate and optimize green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry.Secondly, through establishment of the evaluation index system of green logistics system, after evaluation and analysis to the green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry by application of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, we obtain evaluation results to analyze, then we reach what factors achieve greenization and what factors restrict development of green logistics. Finally, we optimize green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry, mainly including optimization of function elements of green logistics and four factors, eventually to realize greenization of logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry.After our research, we hope that it is potential to provide some theoretical reference to strategic planning of green logistics system of Changzhutan motor industry.
