The Research On Evaluation Of Green Port In Shanghai Port

The global economy after a wave of rapid development, human environment has been challenged. Face the grim situation, people begin to value the environment problems, and proposes the concept of green in response to this challenge. Port play a important role to the economic growth, but the port characteristic of high consumption and high emissions, as a result, port ecological environment has problems. With the deepening of the concept of green, the further development of the port scale, more and more countries and regions to realize the importance of the port environment, the ideas of the green port is put forward in the background.“The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China” for the first time in our country will be included in the development of ecological civilization construction in the planning of general layout, the national " much starker choices-and graver consequences-in " comprehensive transport planning system, the special emphasis to the green development as the guiding ideology to promote green traffic system construction. Shanghai is China's first port, also occupies an important position in the world. Under the development of the green tide, Shanghai green port development is very important. In view of the green port construction, Shanghai also proposed the construction goal of "two type" port, has achieved some success, but a lack of a perfect green Shanghai port evaluation system, makes the development of green port construction work with blindness.This article first expounds the related theory of green economy, analyzes the ecological environment and the inner mechanism of the port development, and introduces the port green practices at home and abroad, to absorb the experience from it. Secondly, analyses the basic situation of Shanghai port and Shanghai port construction are faced with the overall situation, analyzed the practice of green port, the specific measures and the existing problems. Then, based on the theory of situation and the actual situation in Shanghai port, find out the main factors influencing the green port evaluation, based on the established evaluation index system, the guidance of the DPSIR using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the index weight, use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Shanghai green port evaluation results for two years. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation result the Shanghai green development Suggestions are put forward.
