Study On Land Supervision Countermeasures For Implementing In The Development Plan Of Jiangsu Coastal Area

In this paper, the development plan for the background, the regulation defines the concept of land, land use study conducted in-depth analysis, and strategies to achieve effective regulation of land were discussed in order to provide important reference for the study area, land management and supervision.Firstly, the paper defines the concept of the development planning, plan implementation, coastal areas and land regulation. The paper studies the land regulation requirements of the land planning and implementation in research area and probes into the status quo of land use regulation, land regulation evaluation, land regulation requirements in the implementation of the planning.Then, the paper expounds the essence of the development planning regulation. combined with related theories, the article also analysis the necessity of regulation and provide theoretical basis for the subsequent countermeasures. This paper introduces the land use status quo of the research area, and mainly analysis the planning and implementation of land use in the research area.Finally, according to the related theories and practices, the paper puts forward specific measures of land regulation in the land planning and implementation in research area, which based on this six aspects:the land regulation key areas and key types, improve the law enforcement supervision system, strengthen law enforcement and supervision, consummate technical standard construction of land supervision, perfect the working scope and focus of land supervision, optimize land regulation measures.
