Study On Spatial Control Based On Co-ordination Of Land And Sea In Nantong Coastal Shoals Areas

Shoals is the main component of the coastal zone,located in land and sea phase of the interaction zone,has become an important part of system interaction because of the rich resources of land and sea, and is an important land reserve resources of economic and social development. In this paper, Nantong City, Jiangsu coastal beach areas,as the study area, based on the concept of co-ordination of land and sea, and to increase the operability and usability research, problem-oriented, from the development and utilization existing problems of beach,to evaluate the suitability of the beach area,to explore the space of controls, in order to provide ideas and lessons for other coastal regions of space control. conclusions as follow: first, focuses on the beaches and other coastal areas in Nantong City in the size and distribution of unused land, development and utilization of the history and conditions, to get the whole beach resources development and utilization of natural Nantong has a good foundation and the social and economic infrastructure, but with respect to the development and utilization of large-scale beach required a lot of money, their ability to finance the current investment appeared to be relatively weak, Nantong coastal beach area will exceed the Agriculture, Fisheries and Salt led the way into the harbor- industry- City- Agriculture- Journey- Ecology comprehensive development period. Second, the proposed model may be developed for use in Nantong coastal shoreline; follow land and sea overall ecological priority principle, we will protect ecologically important area of identified non-inning area, including the establishment of land resources, water resources, coastal resources, environmental capacity develop suitability evaluation system traffic location and other factors constituted evaluated Nantong coastal beach unused land development suitability index; third, based on Nantong coastal beach area protection and development suitability spatial differences and the use of reclaimed tidal areas the status quo,to obtain the functions available in Nantong coastal beach areas of land distribution pattern, based on this type of functionality to determine the coastal beach areas and spatial control of focus; Fourth, according to the principles of time and space layout beach reclamation utilization, both Nantong coastal beach reclamation planning arrangements and development and utilization of the status quo,coastal beach reclamation within the study area the size of timing, the timing of reclamation planning arrangements for different types of space control using functional focus were analyzed and summarized; fifth, on the basis of space control on the beach, try and make the coastal beach use policy recommendations.
