The complexity of Information system is the KEY question for information service management. With the Rapid Development of information technology for enterprises, new challenges are generated for IT department for Manage, Control, and maintain differ systems. That requires standards IT resources management. Lack of modernization and efficient information service management is the "bottle neck" of enterprise development.This Paper introduce the origin and growth of IT service management on the beginning. Based on deep analyzing of ITIL and combine the IT service management current situation on Hendeli watch group itself. The main task of this paper is to redesign IT service management process on Hengdeli Watch group by deep analyzing and researching existing IT service support status, ERP system status, IT service support process status. Discuss the way for scheme of IT service management process reconstruction.
