Since business model theory is put forward by the academia and the business community attaches great importance to, after years of research, scholars have studied the business model from various angles and achieved some results, in which the business model in the view of the value of study, based on the value chain and value net a lot of research on business models in the literature, but most of the research results are taking the static study of business model, how the business model based on value chain innovation or how business model innovation based on value network, and based on value chain business model to the evolution of business model based on value, the study progress is slow, the modern enterprise business model from the value chain to value network evolution process, the study of the problems of its evolution rule and realization way less. The purpose of this study lies in exploring in modern enterprise business model based on value chain to business model based on value, the rule and implement in the process of the evolution of the way, how to guide enterprises in from the old business model to the new business model transformation process how to adjust, and at the same time for the modern enterprise business model innovation or adapt to the new business model to provide theoretical reference.For the above problems, the author through the adoption of exploratory case study method to explore the company based on the value chain business model to the evolution process of business model based on the value net. First of all, the author through to the business model based on value chain and business model based on value, the research reviewed and comb, summarizes the deficiency of the existing research results, and the institute about the business model, value chain and value net, defining the main concepts and summed up the value chain model and the relationship between the value network model and the difference between; Through the summary of previous research results, extracting discriminate factor model of value chain and value net model, namely the degree of customization degree, the degree of systematization, quick, digitized degree.After determine the discriminate factor, based on the proposed research questions as the center, analyzing the case against apple and discussed based on the value chain business model to the regularity of the evolution of business model based on the value net. According to the characteristics of each stage, the apple’s business model evolution process divided into stages of dot, chain and network type three phase, and based on the above summary of discriminate factor on the characteristics of each stage are analyzed; In the clear based on the characteristics of each stage, the author through the case analysis of the core competence of each stage are discussed in this paper, including point phase of the core competence for the quality management capability; Chain phase of the core competence is mainly refers to enterprise’s product innovation ability, cost control ability, net type phase of the core competence is the service capacity of an enterprise, and based on this proposed based on value chain business model to the model of business model evolution path based on value net.Finally, through the analysis of the case above, the author further for apple is implemented at each stage are discussed in this paper. Among them, for the point phase to the stage of the chain business model evolution is implemented, the author from product development, partnership, organization and management three aspects are analyzed, and the enterprise should take measures, points out that enterprises should strengthen quality management, in this phase will be released at the same time the resources to develop the product innovation ability and cost control ability; From chain to net type phase for the evolution of business model is implemented, the author from product development, service pattern, technology, three aspects are analyzed, emphasizing enterprise in this phase should be around to meet the needs of customers and partners, and take measures to improve the service ability. This study can help enterprise to identify their own model of phase and what way to take down a stage of evolution to improve their ability of value creation.
