Enterprise Business Model Innovation Research

With the development of Internet technology economy, the business model is more and more attentioned, at the same time, business model innovation has become the focus of research between enterprises and academia. Although different enterprises have different business model, the essence and core of business model is the same.This study aimed to design of the business model innovation of the state-owned enterprises, find rules of business model innovation.In this article, business model innovation includes three aspects: First, business model innovation path design; Second, the implementation of business model innovation design; Third, business model innovation evaluation system design. Firstly, this paper applies the method of literature research, normative analysis of related literature and theory in detail, and analyses the current situation of business model innovation, the theory and present make a good groundwork for the below. Secondly, using the method of system analysis to design enterprise business model innovation, through the enterprise internal system and external system two aspects to design the business model innovation path, in the internal system innovation by using the analysis tool for the value chain model, the external system innovation by using the theory of stakeholder theory, attempt from the perspective of stakeholders deal for business model innovation path design; From the angles of enterprise and government to the enterprise business model innovation safeguard to carry on the design; The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation index system of enterprise business model innovation. Again, this article selects the cases of Haier and Metersbonwe, respectively from the Angle of enterprise internal and external two expounds and demonstrates the business model innovation, and put forward relevant Suggestions according to the problem of enterprises. Finally, this paper summarized and prospected.In this paper, the main innovation points:(1) On the basis of summarizing thepredecessors’ research to redefine the definition and elements of business models;(2) To conceive and design the innovation path of business models by using system analysis method.(3) Worked out the innovation evaluation index system of business models, carrying on the business model innovation achievements for enterprises to provide evaluation tools.Hope this business model innovation theory system is designed to enrich the existing business model innovation system and can provide real business model innovation with certain guiding significance.
