In the increasingly complex global environment, the team as a flexible and efficient organizational form, is being used by more and more enterprises and organizations; Meanwhile, with the advent of the knowledge economy, team learning as an important factor in team interaction processes, has attracted more and more attention. Therefore, how to improve the level of team learning, and enhance team performance, has gradually become the focus of business practice and academia. Existing research team learning mostly start from a static point of view, based on the introduction of team life-cycle theory, through analyzing the characteristics of team learning during the life cycle stages, this paper studied the relationship between the dynamic effects of team learning on team performance.First, this article has conducted inspection and finishing on the related literature, summarized the research status of team learning, performance and the team life cycle, and also laid the theoretical foundation for the research of this article. Based on the synthesis of previous studies, this article divided team learning into team members self-learning, parallel learning among team members, vertical learning among team members and team external learning four dimensions, studied the influence of various dimensions on the team performance. On the basis of life-cycle theory, studied the changes of the various team learning dimensions during the life cycle process. Subsequently, based on lateral perspective of the life cycle stage of the team, explored the changes of the relationship between the various dimensions of team learning and the team performance. Based on these three aspects, the article proposed research hypothesis and design a questionnaire, through using SPSS statistical software,the questionnaire data were analyzed with correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis put forward respectively. Finally, based on the evidenced conclusions, analyze the team learning at different stages of the life cycle of a team and propose appropriate learning strategies.The paper concludes that the various dimensions of team learning are a significant positive impact on team performance, parallel team learning among members, vertical learning and external team learning change throughout the process of life cycle; team learning impact on team performance will vary and change in the life cycle stages.
