| With the economic globalization developing rapidly, the competition between in the market is growing more and more strongly, the companies want to keep a strong competitive, they should be more sensitive to the change of the market. In this condition, the team work form is more and more popular today, especially in high tech enterprises.At present, the research about person-team fit, team climate and team performance is very rare, especially in high tech enterprises. So, through the research about person-team fit, team climate and team performance, this paper want to find out the relationship between them, and verify if the team climate play the intermediary role between person-team fit and team performance.This study use theoretical analysis and questionnaires to analyze the relationship of three variables, and use SPSS to analyze data.This study consists of five stages, stage one, read the literature to study the concept, structure and content of person-team fit, team climate and team performance, and the relationship of them. Stage two, depend on the first stage to construct a theoretical model, proposed hypothesis and design questionnaire. Stage three, send the questionnaire to the member of high tech team to receive data. Stage four, use SPSS and AMOS to analyze the data, and test the hypotheses. Stage five, summarize the result of this research and sum up experience. |
