First introduced the SEM’s structures, advantages and stages of modeling, after that, evaluated the sample data. The third chapter is building and analyzing the SEM of Chinese laborer’s job satisfaction. Firstly, CFPS (2010) database cover 25 provinces and 33600 adult questionnaires; it has high quality, so the results more scientific. Secondly, this paper used SEM; it can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional regression analysis method. This paper analyzed the differences between industries and between regions based on the Multiple Group SEM. Thirdly, when study the difference between regions, this paper used Hierarchical Cluster divided 31 provinces into 3 kinds regions based on the economic development indexes. Compared with the traditional features of regional division method is more timely and comparable.
