This paper applies the emergy analysis theory,it takes Yibin Agricultural Ecosystem as the research object,and it analyses Yibin agricultural input and output,operation efficiency and environmental load based on the investigation, determination, calculation, collection of the information of natural resources,economic and social aspects of the system;It comPares the system’s level of development between different regions;It analyses and reveals the emergy of the system’s sueeession law and the basic trend;With the emergy sustainability index,it takes a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development status of the system.This paper obtained the following main conclusions:① Yibin agriculture remins at the traditional agricultural stage which maintained by a lot of labor emergy; Although the value of the investment rate of the system can be in the middle on the national level, but at a lower overall efficiency in the use of environmental resources, agricultural eco-economic system is still underdeveloped.② Yibin Agriculture is the leading industry in farming and animal husbandry, forestry and fisheries small proportion; In farming, grain and oilseed crops are still in a dominant position, the other is not yet dominant industry; Overall, the industry rate of return is not high, low value-added agricultural products, industrial competitiveness is not strong③ Greater pressure on environmental resources, but compared with developed countries still have some room for growth.④ After 11 years of evolution and development, input and output levels of Yibin agricultural ecosystems has dramatically increased, mainly due to agricultural ecosystems Yibin emergy structure and emergy significant changes have occurred in the structure.⑤ Yibin agro-ecosystems, sustainable development overall level is not high, mainly due to higher environmental loads rate and lower net energy value of yield due. To change this situation, on the one hand by increasing investment in agricultural science and technology elements of strength, improve agricultural mechanization, industrialization level, to improve the value of net energy yield; on the other hand, to control population growth, reducing the control of land resources, transfer of rural surplus labor force find ways to reduce the environmental load rate.Finall this PaPer Puts forward eountermeasures and suggestions for the sustainle devexopment of Yibin:① Emergy optimize the system structure, improve operating efficiency of agricultural ecosystems② Control of the rural population and improve the population quality, cultivating new farmers③ Speed up the process of urbanization in rural areas, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, reducing pressure on the environment④ Adjust the industrial structure and product to promote the ecological and economic benefits of agriculture to a new level; improve agricultural resource utilization, improving the ecological environment and promote sustainable development.
