Evaluation Of Urban Ecological Health Based On Emergy Analysis Of Anhui Province

With the rapid development of social economy and the process of urbanization,the problem of urbanization is becoming more and more prominent.The reasonable evaluation of urban ecosystem health can diagnose the problems in the process of urbanization and lay foundations for achieving regional economic development of the ecosystem.Anhui Province,as an important part of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,has a strategic position in the layout of regional economic development in China.So,there is important practical significance to do research on its urban ecosystem health Situation and sustainable development capacity.There are three aspects of the paper:First,this article based on the emergy theory and emergy analysis method,it is a method that transform different types of ecological flows into the same metric,which provides an important method for the quantitative study of the health status of urban ecosystems.By elaboration on the detailed analysis of the basic principles,methods and steps of the concepts of emergy analysis,then constructs the urban ecosystem health assessment system based on emergy analysis,and summary of domestic and foreign research on urban ecosystem health and emergy analysis,discuss the problems of urban ecosystems and then puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper,and expounds the background and significance of this paper.Secondly,the empirical analysis is about the urban ecosystem health level of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2015,and the 16 cities were analyzed and clustered from four aspects: vitality,organizational structure,resilience and service function,then calculate the comprehensive energy index and obtain the differences and problems of the ecosystem health status of 16 cities in Anhui Province.Add GIS technology to the emergy analysis method,the factor analysis method was used to screen out the emergy indexes of 16 cities representing the comprehensive development level of urban ecosystem health,and extracted three common factors,namely economic development factor,energy factor,Environmental protection factor.16 cities were classified based on these major factors,and evaluate the spatial differences in 16 cities urban ecosystems health status.Empirical results show: there are five cities with high health level,such as Chizhou,Bozhou,Suzhou,Huangshan and Luan.However,there are five cities with high speed of economic development and the low ecosystem health level,such as: Hefei,Wuhu,Bengbu,Tongling and Maanshan.The urban ecosystem health of other cities is in the middle level of Anhui Province.Finally,summed up the problems in the sustainable development of Anhui Province,and provide some policy reference for its ecosystem health development.There are two points: On the one hand,we should save resources an protect the environment.It is to improve the utilization rate of natural energy,especially for renewable resources,and change the mode of economic growth,adjust import and export trade structure to its energy value.On another hand,we should expand the regional economic cooperation and play a leading role in the central city,to improve the development of urban economy and the improvement of urban ecosystem health in Anhui Province.
