Study On The Adjustment Of Consumption Structure Of Urban And Rural Residents In Hefei

In recent years, the rapid development of Hefei’s economy, urban and rural residents’ income increased significantly, the consumption of urban and rural residents increased rapidly. But the consumption rate of urban and rural residents is lower, the gap between consumption and consumption is relatively large, consumption structure is not reasonable. At the same time, in recent years, Hefei is to improve people’s livelihood, expand consumption, stimulate economic growth, the introduction of the relevant policies and measures, directly or indirectly affecting the adjustment of urban and rural residents consumption structure. Therefore, to accelerate the adjustment of consumption structure, and improve the consumption ability of urban and rural residents, has become one of the important strategies to promote stable and rapid economic growth.Firstly, we analyze the eight categories of consumption structure of residents in 2011-2014, and get the status quo of the consumption structure of Hefei City, and think that the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Hefei is not reasonable, and there are some adjustment and optimization. From the aspects of social security system, industrial structure, income, consumption environment, price increases, consumption idea and so on to analyze the main factors that restrict the adjustment of consumption structure. Based on the Engel coefficient theory, through the data comparison, the characteristics of the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Hefei city. Combined with the restriction factors, this chapter can be summarized:the related policies and measures, such as improving the social security system, accelerating the construction of urban and rural integration, improving the income of residents, improving the consumption environment, and the development of the service industry, the development of the service industry, and the promotion of cultural consumption. According to the problem of discovery, the problem of solving the problem, the analysis of the difficulties and problems encountered in the adjustment of urban and rural residents in Hefei City, the main performance in:social security system is not perfect, the land lost farmers’ re employment difficulties, the existence of a large gap between residents, consumption environment to be further optimized, the service industry is not in place, the overall level of service industry, cultural consumption and other aspects. Finally, to improve the efficiency of the relevant measures to further improve the efficiency of the relevant measures to achieve the purpose of rapid adjustment of urban and rural residents in Hefei City, the main way is to expand the coverage of social security system, to protect the land and rural residents’ income; to create a safe and reliable consumer environment; to ensure the implementation of policies for the benefit of the residents.
