Study On The Behavior Characteristics And Factors Of The Xinjiang Minority Workers Of Agricultural Technology

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, establish the consciousness of innovation of science and technology, promote the progress of agricultural technology is to promote the fast development of agriculture and agricultural economic growth booster, is fully completed route to the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way. Due to the influence of natural conditions, geographical environment and humane environment factors and minority inhabited farms agricultural production conditions, weak foundation, cultural quality of workers is not high and agricultural science and technology communication difficulties, science and technology communication channels occlusion, resulting in slow development of agriculture in the area, and has a low economic level. Corps is an important part of the autonomous region, and it plays a important role in dimensional stability frontiers,staff is the main body of the Army Corps agricultural production activities, agricultural technology services to end-users, agricultural science and technology achievements only by workers to accept and apply to the agricultural production process, it can turn into realistic productivity. The third division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps ethnic minorities live in compact communities farms in the Uighur workers, the proportion of the population as high as 80%, due to the influence of natural conditions,geographical environment and humane environment factors and minority inhabited farms agricultural production conditions, weak foundation, culture and employee quality is not high and agricultural science and technology communication difficulties, science and technology communication channels occlusion,resulting in slow development of agriculture in the area, and has a low economic level. Therefore, the new technology of minority workers used behavior and its influential factors in new period of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang live farm economic development has far-reaching significance.In this paper, the characteristics and influence of behavior of the three division of ethnic minority workers’ agricultural technology factors were studied through 400 questionnaires issued, one-on-one interviews, visits the data obtained, and analyzing the data, using the method of investigation and the statistical analysis method, find out the influencing factors of minority workers with agriculture technology,found that gender, culture degree, planting scale, whether to participate in technical training, contact with the Internet and technology on minority workers in agricultural technology choice behavior has significant positive effects, age, whether it is the quantity of labor force and the training of cadres, the satisfaction of the effect on technology adoption is not significant. Minority inhabited farms on the popularization of agricultural technology exists to support dynamics is insufficient, the cultural quality of minority workers need to be improve, the ability of technical services and for is not strong and agricultural technology economic benefits is not obvious and, in order from how to optimize agricultural technology service,improve employees to adopt agricultural scientific and technological achievements of the active aspects of promoting ethnic minority border areas of the countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural technology,to promote agricultural development in ethnic minority areas to provide reference.
